DESCRIPTION

       The  bson_iter_date_time() function shall return the number of milliseconds since the UNIX
       epoch, as contained in the BSON_TYPE_DATE_TIME element.

       A 64-bit integer containing the number of milliseconds since the UNIX epoch.
