ARGUMENTS
       node        Pointer of 'struct iscsi_node'.  If this pointer is NULL, your program will be
                   terminated by assert.


DESCRIPTION
       Retrieve the target portal group tag of specified iSCSI node.


RETURN
       int32_t. -1 for unknown.
