       The KeyVal constructor. In addition to the keywords read by Convergence, the following
       keywords are examined:

       energy
           The MolecularEnergy object. This is required.

       cartesian
           If true, cartesian displacements and gradients will be compared to the convergence
           criteria. The default is true.
