       origsplitter - Split a sequence into (overlapping) smaller sequences

       origsplitter -sequence seqall [-size integer] [-overlap integer] -addoverlap boolean
                    -outseq seqoutall

DESCRIPTION

       origsplitter is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open
       Software Suite”). It is part of the "Edit" command group(s).

OPTIONS

       -sequence seqall

   Additional section
       -size integer
           Default value: 10000

       -overlap integer

   Advanced section
       -addoverlap boolean
           Default value: N
