   optional arguments:

   Source:

              Path to source data.

       -f FORMAT, --from FORMAT
              Format of data source.

       -d {dna,rna,standard}, --data-type {dna,rna,standard}
              Type of data

   Destination:
       -t FORMAT, --to FORMAT
              Format of data source.
