SYNOPSIS

       percentid <multi-FASTA or Stockholm alignment>

DESCRIPTION

       percentid from FSA 1.15.9

       Calculate the percentage identity of the passed alignment.

       Input protein alignment must be in multi-FASTA or Stockholm format.
