SYNOPSIS

       vcfremoveaberrantgenotypes

DESCRIPTION

       strips samples which are homozygous but have observations implying heterozygosity.  Remove
       samples for which the reported genotype (GT) and observation counts disagree (AO, RO).

OPTIONS

              Type: transformation

       0      Success

       not 0  Failure
