NAME

       shuffleseq - Shuffles a set of sequences maintaining composition

SYNOPSIS

       shuffleseq -sequence seqall -shuffle integer -outseq seqoutall

       shuffleseq -help

DESCRIPTION

       shuffleseq is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open
       Software Suite”). It is part of the "Nucleic:Mutation,Protein:Mutation" command group(s).

OPTIONS

   Input section
       -sequence seqall

   Advanced section
       -shuffle integer
           Default value: 1

   Output section
       -outseq seqoutall
