DESCRIPTION
       Set genotypes using the maximum genotype likelihood for each sample.


OPTIONS
              options:
                  -n, --fix-null-genotypes   only apply to null and partly-null genotypes

              Type: transformation


EXIT VALUES
       0      Success

       not 0  Failure
