SYNOPSIS

         use DBIx::DataSource;

         create_database( "dbi:Pg:dbname=$dbname;host=$host;port=$port",

         drop_database( "dbi:Pg:dbname=$dbname", $username, $password )
           or warn $DBIx::DataSource::errstr;
