SYNOPSIS

         use HTTP::Headers::ActionPack::Core::BaseHeaderList;

DESCRIPTION

       This is a base class for header lists. There are no real user serviceable parts in here.

           This accepts a HTTP header string which get parsed and loaded accordingly.
