SYNOPSIS

       PAR guts, beware. Check PAR

DESCRIPTION

       Routines to setup the "PAR_TEMP" environment variable.  The documentation of how the temporary
       directories are handled is currently scattered across the "PAR" manual and the "PAR::Environment" manual.

       The "set_par_temp_env()" subroutine sets up the "PAR_TEMP" environment variable.
