   positional arguments:
       dir    directory to process

   optional arguments:
       -h, --help
              show this help message and exit

       -v, --verbose
              Verbose mode. Provides detailed output on progress.

       -f, --force
              Force reanalysis, instead of reusing gaussian_analyzer_data.gz.
