SYNOPSIS

       mkr2mrc [options] file(s)

       options
           --help
               Print a summary of commands

           --[no]stats
               Print a record count by file at the end.  (Default: on)

   TODO
       Separate warnings printing from record printing.

       Print records to file rather than screen?
