SYNOPSIS

       tbl2prod

DESCRIPTION

       tbl2prod  reads  single  nucleotide  polymorphism  data  in the tabular format snp2tbl and
       spdi2tbl produce from standard input and writes a table containing corresponding  modified
       mRNA and protein sequences to standard output.
