FUNCTION PARAMETERS
       argc   an ANSI-C style main function's argc.

       argv   an ANSI-C style main function's argv.


RETURN VALUE
       Returns  an  ANSI-C  main return code; generally 0 is considered successful program completion, and small
       non-zero values are considered errors.
