NAME

       naco_img_dark - Dark recipe

SYNOPSIS

       esorex naco_img_dark [OPTIONS] FILE.sof

DESCRIPTION

       naco_img_dark -- NACO imaging dark recipe.

       The  files  listed  in  the  Set  Of  Frames (sof-file) must be tagged: NACO-raw-file.fits
       CAL_DARK

OPTIONS

       --r <str>
              Rejected left right bottom and top border  [pixel]  (str;  default:  ´200  200  200
              200´).  The  full  name  of  this  option  for  the  EsoRex  configuration  file is
              naco.naco_img_dark.rej_bord [default = 200 200 200 200].

       --hot_t <float>
              Hot pixel map threshold (float; default: 10.0). The full name of  this  option  for
              the EsoRex configuration file is naco.naco_img_dark.hot_threshold [default = 10.0].

       --cold_t <float>
              Cold  pixel  map  threshold (float; default: 6.0). The full name of this option for
              the EsoRex configuration file is naco.naco_img_dark.cold_threshold [default = 6.0].

       --dev_t <float>
              Deviant pixel map threshold (float; default: 5.0). The full name of this option for
              the EsoRex configuration file is naco.naco_img_dark.dev_threshold [default = 5.0].

       --nsamples <int>
              Number  of  samples  for RON computation (int; default: 100). The full name of this
              option for the EsoRex configuration file is naco.naco_img_dark.nsamples [default  =
              100].

       --hsize <int>
              Half  size  of  the  window for RON computation (int; default: 2). The full name of
              this option for the EsoRex configuration file is naco.naco_img_dark.hsize  [default
              = 2].

       Note  that  it  is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along
       with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex  --help'
       command.
