NAME

       visir_img_ff - Flat field recipe

SYNOPSIS

       esorex visir_img_ff [OPTIONS] FILE.sof

DESCRIPTION

       This recipe computes the flatfield.

       The   files   listed   in   the   Set   Of   Frames   (sof-file)  must  be  tagged  either
       VISIR-flatfield-raw-file.fits IM_CAL_FLAT or VISIR-flatfield-raw-file.fits IM_TECH_FLAT or
       VISIR-flatfield-raw-file.fits      SPEC_CAL_FLAT      or     VISIR-flatfield-raw-file.fits
       SPEC_TECH_FLAT

       The corresponding primary product will have a FITS card ´HIERARCH ESO  PRO  CATG´  with  a
       value of IMG_FF or IMG_FF_TECH or SPEC_FF or SPEC_FF_TECH

OPTIONS

       --low <float>
              Low  threshold  for  the bad pixel map (float; default: 0.2). The full name of this
              option for the EsoRex configuration file is visir.visir_img_ff.low [default = 0.2].

       --high <float>
              High threshold for the bad pixel map (float; default: 5.0). The full name  of  this
              option  for  the  EsoRex  configuration  file is visir.visir_img_ff.high [default =
              5.0].

       Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing  these  options,  along
       with  suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help'
       command.
