DESCRIPTION

       InSilicoSeq: A sequencing simulator

OPTIONS

   optional arguments:
       -h, --help
              show this help message and exit

       -v, --version
              print software version and exit

   available subcommands:
       model  generate an error model from a bam file

       generate
              simulate reads from an error model
