DESCRIPTION

       --help This help.

       --verbose!
              Verbose progress (default '0').

       --datadir=s
              Path to downloaded HAMAP folder (ftp://ftp.expasy.org/databases/hamap/) (default '').

       --sep=s
              Separator between EC/gene/product (default '~~~').

       --blank=s
              Replace empty EC/gene/product with this (default '').
