DESCRIPTION

       This  operation  is  the  same  as  FUTEX_LOCK_PI(2const), except that the clock against which timeout is
       measured is selectable.

       By default, the (absolute) timeout specified in timeout is measured against the CLOCK_MONOTONIC clock.
