       Receive an event notification whenever the driver fails to execute a MongoDB operation.

PARAMETERS

       • callbacks: A mongoc_apm_callbacks_t <>.

       • cb: A function to call with a mongoc_apm_command_failed_t <> whenever a MongoDB operation fails.
