       Receive an event notification whenever the driver starts a MongoDB operation.

PARAMETERS

       • callbacks: A mongoc_apm_callbacks_t <>.

       • cb:  A  function  to  call  with a mongoc_apm_command_started_t <> whenever the driver begins a MongoDB
         operation.
