   Synopsis
       nix-env --set drvname

   Description
       The  --set  operation  modifies  the  current  generation  of  a  profile so that it contains exactly the
       specified derivation, and nothing else.

   Examples
       The following updates a profile such that its current generation will contain just Firefox:
