run command or interactive shell with special root directory
chroot [OPTION] NEWROOT [COMMAND
[ARG]...]
chroot OPTION
Run COMMAND with root directory set to NEWROOT.
If no command is given, run '"$SHELL" -i' (default: '/bin/sh -i').
