mat2dof [options] < matrix
DESCRIPTION
Convert transformation matrix to degrees of freedom
OPTIONS
Global Toolkit Options (these are shared by all CMTK tools) --help Write list of basic command line options to standard output. --help-all Write complete list of basic and advanced command line options to standard output. --wiki Write list of command line options to standard output in MediaWiki markup. --man Write man page source in 'nroff' markup to standard output. --version Write toolkit version to standard output. --echo Write the current command line to standard output. --verbose-level <integer> Set verbosity level. --verbose, -v Increment verbosity level by 1 (deprecated; supported for backward compatibility). --threads <integer> Set maximum number of parallel threads (for POSIX threads and OpenMP). Main Options --matrix3x3, -3 Only input upper left 3x3 submatrix. --transpose, -t Transpose input matrix. --inverse, -i Output inverse transformation. --center <string>, -c <string> Set center x,y,z for rotation and scaling. [Default: NONE] --offset <string>, -o <string> Set offset dx,dy,dz for translation. [Default: NONE] --xlate <string>, -x <string> Translate result relative by given vector. [Default: NONE] --pixel-size <string>, -p <string> For matrices in pixel space, set pixel size. [Default: NONE] --list <string>, -l <string> Write output in list format to this archive [Default: NONE] --append <string>, -A <string> Append output to this archive [Default: disabled]
