SYNOPSIS

       compress_gtf [options] <reference.gtf> <compressed_reference.gtf>

OPTIONS

       -r/--reference-seq                          reference   fasta  file                      [
       default:   NULL ]

       -F/--raw-fpkm                         use FPKM instead of isoform fraction

       -U/--union                   report projective union                  [ default:   OFF  ]

       -I/--intersection            report projective intersection           [ default:   ON   ]
