NAME

       gt-packedindex-chkintegrity - Map [indexname] block composition indexand bwt and check index integrity.

SYNOPSIS

       gt packedindex chkintegrity indexname

OPTIONS

       -v
           print verbose progress information (default: no)

       -skip
           number of symbols to skip (default: 0)

       -ticks
           print dot after this many symbols tested okay (default: 100000)

       -ext-rank-check
           do additional checks of rank query results (default: no)

       -help
           display help and exit

       -version
           display version information and exit
