NAME

       gt-sketch_page - Draw a multi-page PDF/PS representation of an annotation file.

SYNOPSIS

       gt sketch_page outfile annotationfile

OPTIONS

       -seqid
           sequence region to draw (default: first in file)

       -text
           text to show in header (default: file name)

       -fontsize
           header and footer font size (in points) (default: 10.00)

       -range
           range to draw (e.g. 100 10000) (default: full range)

       -linewidth
           base width of a single repeated unit (default: 2000)

       -width
           page width in millimeters

       -height
           page height in millimeters

       -format
           output format choose from: pdf|ps (default: pdf)

       -style
           style file to use (default: gtdata/sketch/default.style)

       -help
           display help for basic options and exit

       -help+
           display help for all options and exit

       -version
           display version information and exit
