NAME
isdbname - Check whether a supplied string is a known database name
SYNOPSIS
isdbname [-term string] [-infout toggle] -outfile outfile isdbname -help
DESCRIPTION
isdbname is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite”). It is part of the "Information" command group(s).
OPTIONS
Input section -term string Required section Additional section -infout toggle This option will write to file information (from the EMBOSS data file DRCAT.dat) for the database with a name that matches the supplied string. Default value: N Advanced section Output section -outfile outfile Default value: stdout
