NAME

       locker - locks a file

SYNOPSIS

       locker < -e file | -s file > [ -n ] command [ args ... ]

DESCRIPTION

       -e file   lock specified file for exclusive (write) access
       -s file   lock specified file for shared (read) access
       -n        do an "non-blocking" attempt to lock specified file
