SYNOPSIS

       maf-cull.py [options] my-alignments.maf

DESCRIPTION

       Cull alignments whose top-sequence coordinates are contained in LIMIT or more higher-scoring alignments.

OPTIONS

       -h, --help
              show this help message and exit

       -l LIMIT, --limit=LIMIT
              culling limit (default: 2)
