DESCRIPTION
v.delaunay uses an existing vector points map (input) to create a Delaunay triangulation vector map (output). Delaunay triangulation and Voronoi diagram example: | Delaunay Triangulation (left pane), Voronoi diagram (center pane), and both (right pane)
