NAME

vboverlap - overlap stats for 3D masks and atlases

SYNOPSIS

       vboverlap <flag> ... <mask>

DESCRIPTION

vboverlap is part of the VoxBo suite of tools for brain image analysis.

vboverlap takes as input an atlas map (3D volume with labeled regions) and a mask, and
produces a summary of the overlap. It's useful for understanding what regions are
impinged by a lesion, or are included by an activated region.

To get a complete list of available flags, run the program with no arguments.
