NAME

       Array::ZeroStep - The step in a range may not be zero

SYNOPSIS

       Array::ZeroStep( )

DESCRIPTION

       If  the step in a range is zero, as in the following examples, the range would have infinite size, and so
       this Exception is thrown.

    r = range(1,5,0);
    r = [1,1..5];
