SYNOPSIS

       Void push( var [a] array, a v )

ARGUMENTS

       array The array

       v The value to push

DESCRIPTION

       Push a value onto the end of an array.

    array = [1,2,3];
    push(array,4);
    // array = [1,2,3,4]
