       Bio::Event::EventGeneratorI - This interface describes the basic event generator class.

SYNOPSIS

           # This object has the basic methods for describing an event generator

DESCRIPTION

       This object describes the basic event generator system.  It basically allows one to attach one or many
       event handlers.
