SYNOPSIS
Builtins::Invalid_Value( )
DESCRIPTION
This Exception is usually thrown when operations are carried out on an uninitialised value, for example:
xs = [];
xs[0] = "Hello";
if (xs[0] == xs[300]) {
// Invalid_Value thrown
}
It may also be thrown by Builtins.unmarshal (3kaya) if the marshalled String is corrupt.
