       Builtins::Negative_Array_Index - Array index must be non-negative

SYNOPSIS

       Builtins::Negative_Array_Index( )

DESCRIPTION

       Array  indexes  vary  from  0  to  (2**31)-1. Negative array indexes are not allowed and will return this
       Exception.
