       Builtins::NoNullsInStrings - Strings may not contain null bytes

SYNOPSIS

       Builtins::NoNullsInStrings( )

DESCRIPTION

       This  Exception  is  thrown  if you try to set a character in a String to a null byte with
       Builtins.setIndex (3kaya)
