NAME

       Builtins::getIndex - Get a character from a String

SYNOPSIS

       Char getIndex( String s, Int i )

ARGUMENTS

       s The string

       i The position in the string

DESCRIPTION

       Get a character from a String.  Gets the i th character of the given String. The index starts at zero.

    str = "abcdefg";
    c = getIndex(str,0); // 'a'
    c = getIndex(str,5); // 'f'

       An Builtins.IllegalIndex (3kaya) exception is thrown if i is out of bounds.
