NAME

       CGI::expandQuery - Look up a short name to get a fully expanded query string.

SYNOPSIS

       String expandQuery( String shortName )

ARGUMENTS

       shortName The short name to look up

DESCRIPTION

       This  function looks up a short name to get the fully expanded query string, returning the
       full string, or an empty string if no expansion is available.
