NAME

       CGI::htmlEscape - Encodes HTML special chars.

SYNOPSIS

       String htmlEscape( String x )

ARGUMENTS

       x The un-encoded string

DESCRIPTION

       Converts  '&',  '<' and '>' to '&amp;', '&lt;' and '&gt;'. It does not convert '"' to '&quot;', which you
       will need to do manually for function attribute values.
