NAME
       Compress::uncompressBinary - Uncompress a block of binary data.


SYNOPSIS
       Binary uncompressBinary( Binary b, var Int outlen )


ARGUMENTS
       b The block to uncompress

       outlen The expected uncompressed length


DESCRIPTION
       Uncompress a block of binary data that has been compressed with Compress.compressBinary (3kaya)
        The  uncompressed block will be returned. If uncompression fails, a Compress.UncompressionFailed (3kaya)
       Exception will be thrown.

       If the real uncompressed length is larger than the expected length, uncompression will  fail.  If  it  is
       smaller, this is wasted memory.
