NAME

       DB::defaultIncDiscard - Default function

SYNOPSIS

       Void defaultIncDiscard( DBIncResult<a>  res )

DESCRIPTION

       Databases  that  do not support incremental retrieval should use this function as the incdiscard field of
       their DB.DBHandle (3kaya)
        It will throw the Builtins.Not_Implemented (3kaya) Exception if called.
