NAME

       DB::defaultIncExec - Default function

SYNOPSIS

       DBIncResult<a> defaultIncExec( a con, String query, DBHandle<a>  cptr )

DESCRIPTION

       Databases  that  do  not  support  incremental retrieval should use this function as the incexec field of
       their DB.DBHandle (3kaya)
        It will throw the Builtins.Not_Implemented (3kaya) Exception if called.
