NAME

       Dict::add - Add an entry to a tiny dictionary.

SYNOPSIS

       Void add( TinyDict<a, b>  dict, a key, b val )

ARGUMENTS

       dict A tiny dictionary

       key The key

       value The value

DESCRIPTION

       Add  an  entry  key  =  value  to the dictionary. If an entry with the same key already exists it will be
       replaced.
