       Dict::delete - Remove an entry from a tiny dictionary

SYNOPSIS

       Void delete( TinyDict<a, b>  dict, a key )

ARGUMENTS

       dict A tiny dictionary

       a The key of the entry to remove.

DESCRIPTION

       Remove the entry with the given key from the tiny dictionary.
