NAME

       Dict::dict - Create a dictionary from a list of pairs

SYNOPSIS

       Dict<a, b> dict( [Pair<a, b> ] entries )

ARGUMENTS

       entries A list of pairs.

DESCRIPTION

       Creates  a  dictionary  from an association list (list of key/value pairs). If any keys are repeated, the
       later value is preferred.
