NAME

       Dict::empty - Check if a dictionary is empty

SYNOPSIS

       Bool empty( Dict<a, b>  dict )

ARGUMENTS

       dict A dictionary

DESCRIPTION

       Returns  true  if  the  dictionary  has no contents, either because none were added, or because all added
       entries have been deleted.
